Health is more than freedom from illness. Yoga is more than postures and contortions. Everything we consume, give our attention to and get involved with affects our well being, including our mental and physical health. The impact of our actions may be gradual or immediate, taking us closer to or further from our goals. Life is a process of change and growth. At Sage we use yoga, meditation, breath work and the Overcome Series to subdue stress, reduce anxiety and build strong bodies so you can increase the positive moments in your life.
