Join Marnie for 30 minutes of stretch and flow. This class focuses on releasing tight hips and shoulders while  improving strength and endurance. It would be helpful to have one or two blankets, and a small cushion available during class.

Marnie is offering a 30 minute opportunity to release stress, unwind your muscles and soothe your adrenals. Using breath work, meditation and guided relaxation this slow moving class will help prepare your central nervous system for rest.   It would be helpful to have one or two blankets, a small cushion and an eye pillow or t shirt to cover the eyes available during class.

  This free mini-series will provide practical insight and guidance to  support you through the challenges we all experience day-by-day, moment-by-moment.  Starting with the breath, Julie will move from self-awareness, to body awareness to exploring the influence of our thoughts.
