Marnie is offering an opportunity to release stress, unwind your muscles and soothe your adrenals. Using breath work, meditation and guided relaxation this slow moving class will calm your central nervous system and restore balance. It would be helpful to have one or two blankets, a small cushion and an eye pillow or t shirt to cover the eyes available during class.
Julie's yin based, mindful class focuses on relaxing muscles to help release deep connective tissue, ease pain and stiffness, support your nervous system and improve overall health and well being. Yin poses are held for a longer period of time to encourage muscles and tight tissue to slowly stretch and lengthen. The breath is used as a guide to ease us through discomfort and calm our thoughts.
